How does it work?

As always with any type of skill training – consistency is key!

  • Train up to 6x per week
  • Do the handstand portion of your program 5-6x/week
  • Flexibility: start with 4x per week and workyourself up to 6x a week. Even with flexibility you need 1 day per week off.
