Training has given me direction, joy, and passion in life. You can work out anywhere, with or without equipment, following a few key rules to ensure a healthy and beneficial routine.
While there are many great coaches out there, I’ve realized that most don’t provide efficient and customized programming for everyone. Many people get frustrated and quit due to poorly designed routines and lack of progress.
