What if I am not strong enough – Not a problem. All workouts are customized. Step by step we will build strength and get you to where you need to be.

I am scared of handstands – No. You are simply scared of the progressions that you know. We need to take a couple steps back and work our way up to more difficult drills.

Can I fit these workouts into my regular routine? – Absolutely. I’ve always been training different disciplines at the same time. Handstand, flexibility and bodyweight strength training can be integrated into your regular yoga, bodybuilding or CrossFit routine. In this case adding to your load is not necessarily a distraction but more an enhancement.
