To make sure you have all you need to continue your journey towards the one arm handstand, I’ve created an easy to follow program for you. It contains everything we have covered during our workshop. The goal is to begin your one arm handstand journey, by getting your body used to the increase in load. Over the next weeks you’ll build up a great deal of endurance, and improve overall strength & awareness.
How does it work?

You can do this program for up to 4-6 weeks, 3x a week.
It consists of two easy to follow workouts (A,B & C) to be completed each week.
Schedule at least one rest day in between the workouts.
Modify any exercise or number of reps if too easy or too hard.
This program requires 4 handstand blocks.
