Combine the pieces and perform your first Front Split. Push further ahead using advanced training techniques and protocols utilizing the already mastered shapes.
For advanced athletes only. You are springing towards the finish line. Understand how to squeeze out anything there is left by incorporating the most advanced progressions, weighted and even ballistic stretches.
