PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

  • The stalder is a big and ambitious goals. High levels of strength, flexibility and technique need to be combined in order for this drill to come together. Whilst the stalder press to handstand might feel absolutely impossible when first trying the correct mental approach paired with the right drills will help you get to this next level goal one step at the time.
  • Stalder Mania combines customized workouts with precise technical instructions where you need it, when you need it taking all the guess work out of your training.

A little bit about me:

After a lifetime of creating connections, I want to share my knowledge with you and the world. With today’s technology, it’s easier than ever. Handstands, flexibility, and bodyweight fitness require hard work, discipline, and patience. But they are incredibly rewarding, allowing you to connect with yourself and improve your physical and mental health.

Improving bodyweight strength, skill, and flexibility is something only you can do for yourself. Your body and mind are your most valuable possessions, and they deserve your care and attention. Training has given me direction, joy, and passion in life. You can work out anywhere, with or without equipment, following a few key rules to ensure a healthy and beneficial routine.

While there are many great coaches out there, I’ve realized that most don’t provide efficient and customized programming for everyone. Many people get frustrated and quit due to poorly designed routines and lack of progress. As a coach, my mission is to offer high-quality, well-researched programming and technical advice to everyone, everywhere, anytime. Everyone deserves to see what their body and mind are capable of.
