A Plan that is based on You - for You
Once agreed on a goal I will give you a precise list of exercises that I need to see you do in order to design your workout plan. There will be a high definition video example for each drill. Ones you’re done filming upload the files to our server and I will get back to you either with specific questions or your very own workout in no time!
