How does it work?

I want you to train handstands 4-6 times per week.
Do the conditioning part 2-3 times per week on none consecutive days.
Stretch at least 2 times per week. Ideally you would stretch up to 4 times per week

Please upload your videos every other Thursday starting January 4 so I can do your feedback on Fridays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day
