4h Handstand & Flexibility Intensive

Welcome to my world! Get a glimpse of what an entire day of training can look like! After a thorough warm up with injury prevention routines the first 2 hours of our intensive will work on the fundamentals of hand balancing with an emphasis on alignment and technique. Starting at the wall with basic form and strengthening drills we will work through more difficult progressions all the way to discussing precise one arm handstand technique with exercises for all levels.

After a short break for water and snacks we will move into the flexibility part of our day. You will learn how to program your flexibility training and help gaining an edge during your handstand practice. We will work on handstand specific flexibility focusing on compression strength, middle split flexibility and back work for the mexican handstand skill.

In order to expand your experience, you will get access to a free online video training program based on the exercises done during our time together.

This workshop is for you if you want to dive deep learning everything there is to know about building a well rounded hand balancing practice consisting of technical training, flexibility and conditioning work.
