Full Body Flexibility Flow
Join me in beautiful Joshua Tree for a full body flexibility follow along. In only 25 minute we stretch the entire body with special focus on the hamstrings, hip flexors, adductors, back chain, lats, shoulders, obliques and glutes. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 if you are working towards increasing general mobility, if you want to feel better in every day life, if you want to increase range of motion reduce your risk for injuries, if you want to train towards your front splits, pancake, middle split or back bends such as the bridge or wheel pose.Use blocks to elevate your hands for reduced range of motion. This will allow you to 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺. As you progress get rid of the blocks for increased technical difficulty, intensity and pressure before eventually going as far as elevating your body with the blocks in applicable exercises. Do not stretch into pain. 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. When you are in pain your body tenses up and you will not see the expected results.
