How does it work?
As always with handstands – consistency is key!
- Do this handstand programup to 6x/week
- E.g. if you train 5days/week do: A,B, only Handstands, A, B
- Do the straps training 2x a week

- Each Tuesday/Wednesday you’ll receive a list of Exercises to film
- Film & Upload until each following Tuesday to this folder
