How does it work?

As always with handstands – consistency is key!

  • Do this handstand programup to 6x/week
  • E.g. if you train 5days/week do: A,B, only Handstands, A, B
  • Do the straps training 2x a week
  • For questions, feedback and anything else, write me on IG 🙂

Weekly process:

  • Each Tuesday/Wednesday you’ll receive a list of Exercises to film
  • Film & Upload until each following Tuesday to this folder
  • Receive feedback on videos the following Wednesday/Thursday; find it here 
  • Receive program changes until the following Wednesday/Thursday
