No matter your level. As long as you are willing to put in the work this coaching group is perfect for you. You will improve your hamstring, adducteur and general hip flexibility whilst learning the precise technique of the middle split.
All workouts come with high definition videos for each exercise accompanied by precise set and rep count.
Making gains in your middle split can be hard but with the help of effective warm ups and injury prevention protocols combined with different stretching techniques such as active, passive, ballistic and PNF stretches we will build a routine together that will take you towards your personal goals.

Absolutely, whilst we might all be working towards the same goals we are all at different stages of our journey which is why all workouts are customized towards your current level of flexibility.
Absolutely nothing 😉 Life gets busy. I get that! If you miss a day you can simply skip it and redo it later when you have more time or you catch up a day later and simply fall slightly behind the group. Nothing to worry about here!
There is no time limit as to how long you will keep access to the workouts. As long as this website exists (and it is here to stay) you will have access.
Middle Split training can be done almost anywhere without much equipment.
The only thing you might need to get are elastic bands in different strength.
Besides that all you need is a wall, a yoga mat, yoga blocks and a possible a chair. The blocks can be substituted with anything else that you can use to elevate yourself like for example books.

Developing base straddle flexibility will allow you to move freer in every day life activities.
The further you develop your middle split the more it will have a direct impact to your main disciplines.
No matter if you are into yoga, calisthenics, dance, handstands or gymnastics: Middle Splits will make your movements effortless and beautiful!

Absolutely, you can either dedicate an entire workout session just to doing the daily middle split workouts or you can do them at the end of your regular training sessions when you are nice and warm.
One piece of advice from the start. These workouts are not what you might be used to when you think of training middle splits. The workouts will be tiring and energy consuming. So plan to do slightly less of everything else for 2 weeks.
