Coach Bachmann

Born in Germany & raised in Montreal, Canada Coach Sascha Bachmann has spent this entire life traveling, training and performing handstands, flexibility & Calisthenics. Coach Bachmann started teaching handstands in Manhattan at age 15. The constant travel throughout his career as a professional hand balancer introduced him to countless styles of training. The endless supply of new, eager and motivated students allowed him to develop the most effective, dedicated and fun training style he is internationally known for. Coach Bachmann had a successful training studio in Vienna and hosts retreats in Bali, Costa Rica & Mexico.

After a ground breaking career as an international stage performer he settled in Los Angeles to open a gym and share this fire within, his love for training, connection and self discovery with the world.
