No prior experience is necessary. Our classes cater to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our trainers will help you progress at your own pace.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement. We recommend wearing a fitted top and shorts or leggings. Avoid loose clothing that could get in the way.
Classes typically begin with a warm-up, followed by skill drills, technique practice & conditioning. We also include cool-down and stretching to aid recovery.
