Just like in the class above we will work our way through a warm up, injury prevention exercises, deep stretches and conditioning drills making sure that each class is a complete workout for your back and entire body.
After starting easy in Ep 1 we slowly start to increase the heat with each workout until we will be working on deep stretches like Bridge Wall Walks in Ep 4.
Training is obviously important when it comes to mastering your own body but besides just doing the drills I will give you in depth details on how exactly you should be performing the drills and why certain details are so vital.
