How does it work?

Get training! Work your handstands up to 6 days per week.
Do the stretches up to 6 days per week and the conditioning every second day!

Please upload your videos every second Wednesday starting July 14th so I can do your feedback on Thursdays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂
