How does it work?

Train handstands up to 6 times a week. Make sure to always warm up well and never skip the basics. You do not have to do the conditioning part every day!

Please film and send your videos every second Sunday starting Feb 7th so I can do your feedback on Mondays. If that is very inconvenient for you we can also swap it to another day!
