How does it work?

Time to start training. 

Train handstands 4 times a week.
In every training do the specific Warm Up and Wall Drills.
Do Advanced Handstands A and Conditioning A 2 times
Do Advanced Handstands B and Conditioning B 2 times

Stretch Up to 4 times per week or as much as you have time.

Please upload your videos every second Thursday starting March 3rd so I can do your feedback on Fridays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂
