Make sure you always look at your hands. Filmed from the side I should never be able to see your chin
Tuck slides are good on a shoulder level. They are nice and stable. But come closer to the wall. Your knees should be touching the wall!
Slide away. You are much too far from the wall. Come closer with the hands and do not pike!
Sitting leg lift. Good at first when the hands are far in front. Keep them there. The further the better
