handstand

Let's get started!

Hey,

Welcome to paradise! Couple things up front I wanted to say after watching your videos! Keep those things in mind during these first two weeks of training. Everything in detail soon with your first feedback!

 

  • Make sure you always look at your hands. Filmed from the side I should never be able to see your chin
  • Tuck slides are good on a shoulder level. They are nice and stable. But come closer to the wall. Your knees should be touching the wall!
  • Slide away. You are much too far from the wall. Come closer with the hands and do not pike!
  • Sitting leg lift. Good at first when the hands are far in front. Keep them there. The further the better

    Slide Away
    L Handstand Leg Isolations
    45 Handstand Wall Taps
    Straight Single Leg Isolations
    Lateral Leg Isolations from Straight
    Press Tap Press from 1 Block
    Chest to Wall Press

How does it work?

Time to start training. 

Try to fit the Handstand training in at least 4 times per week. 
Twice a week you should also do the conditioning.
