Hey,

Welcome to paradise! Couple things up front I wanted to say after watching your videos! Keep those things in mind during the first weeks of training. Everything in detail soon with your first feedback!

  • Slide away. Do not pike at the hips. Stay more stable in your core. Go slower
  • Tuck Slide. Do not pull as low. Lower back needs to stay perfectly straight. Keep your knees together
  • Generally your handstands are very good already. That is cool! This gives us a great foundation to work from

Train Handstands up to 4 times per week
Try to do the conditioning workout 2-3 times per week but make sure you always have 1 day off between each conditioning workout.
Stretch up to 4 times per week

Please upload your videos every Thursday so I can do your feedbacks on Friday. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂
