Train Handstands up to 5 times per week
Try adding each conditioning workout 2 times per week after the regular handstand workout.
Alternate the conditioning workouts. 

Stretch your Middle Splits 2 times per week.
Stretch your Back 2 times per week.
You do not have to stretch your middle splits and back in the same session

 

Please upload your videos every Monday starting May 16 so I can do your feedbacks on Tuesdays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂 We can also always update your plan to weekly feedbacks
