How does it work?

I want you to train handstands 4-6 times per week.
You can do the full workout or the shorter ones. Up to you. If you chose to do the shorter ones make sure you keep it even in your workout rotation.
Stretch at least 2 times per week. Ideally you would stretch up to 4 times per week

Please upload your videos every other Thursday starting January 4 so I can do your feedback on Fridays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day
