Hey,
Welcome to paradise! Couple things up front I wanted to say after watching your videos! Keep those things in mind during the first weeks of training. Everything in detail soon with your first feedback!
- You are strong and have lots of awareness which is great but we need to change a few fundamental things in your handstands: always look at your hands. Elevate your scapula as high as possible & bring your shoulders over the center of your hands. Currently you are pushing them towards the wall.
- Walking dead. Same thing here. Look at your hands. Lean your shoulders towards the front.
- Tuck Slide. Come much closer to the wall so your knees touch the wall. Look at your hands
- Bench zombie. Pull with your back. The goal is to bring the hips into an anterior pelvic tilt
Train Handstands up to 4 times per week
Try adding the conditioning workout 2-3 times per week after the regular handstand workout but make sure you always have 1 day off between each conditioning workout.
Stretch up to 4 times per week
Please upload your videos every second Tuesday starting April 5 so I can do your feedbacks on Wednesdays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂
