For the first 4 – 6 weeks I want you to use the following training split:
Train handstands 2 times per week.
Train Flexibility 2 times per week.
We are separating the parts of the press into different workouts allowing you to focus more and to make specific gains.
A look into the future:
Week 7-12 we will be doing 2-3 complete press workouts.
These will combine all aspects of the press and allow you to inch closer towards the final goal
Please upload your videos every second Saturday starting August 28th so I can do your feedback on Sundays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day
