How does it work?

It is time to start training. Start slow and do as much as your body can handle. The goal is to work up to doing handstands and flex about 5 times a week

 

Please film and upload your videos on Friday so I can do your feedback on Saturdays. If that is very inconvenient for you we can also swap it to another day!
