I want you to train handstands 5-6 times per week. Please rotate the 2 workouts.
You can adjust the regular HS Warm Up Part to keep it interesting etc. Let me know when you get bored and I will see how to make it exciting again.
Please feel free to do more when it comes to the OAHS drills. 

Please upload your videos every second Sunday starting March 27 so I can do your feedback on Mondays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂 We can also always update your plan to weekly feedbacks
