How does it work?

I Want you to train handstands 3 times per week. 
I want you to focus on every single rep. 
Lock your elbows. Look at your hands and cover your ears with your shoulders.

Please upload your videos every second Saturday starting May 27 so I can do your feedback on Sundays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂 We can also always update your plan to weekly feedbacks
