How does it work?

For the first 4 weeks you will be doing up to 6 workouts per week.

3 will be full body conditioning with 2 that focus more on technique and 1 that focuses more on raw strength at the end of the week.
The other 3 workouts will be flexibility and handstands.

Please upload your videos every Monday starting March 25 so I can do your feedback on Tuesdays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day
