Let’s start implementing false grip. For me this is a big step in the right direction. This might be awkward and weird at first but I believe in you and I think we will have fun! I’ve tried to shorten the workout a bit!

How does it work?

Next step is to start training. Keep in mind that form and safety is the highest priority!

Train up to 3 times per week. Make sure at least 1 workout is on the rings!
