Welcome to paradise! Couple things up front I wanted to say after watching your videos! Keep those things in mind during the first weeks of training. Everything in detail soon with your first feedback!
I like those little parallettes as you can walk with them! Do your wall walks and everything with them
For your tuck slides try piking at the hips to bring the hips on top of the wrists and shoulders before you start moving
Same for the forearm L. Place your feet on the wall a bit lower and push your hips out
Use your parallettes for everything. ESPECIALLY for all the walks!
I Want you to train handstands 3 times per week.
I want you to do the flexibility workout 2-3 times per week.
