Hey,

Welcome to paradise! Couple things up front I wanted to say after watching your videos! Keep those things in mind during the first weeks of training. Everything in detail soon with your first feedback!

  • Shoulder stability will have to be the main focus of our work! Your scapula is moving all over the place! Lots of work ahead of us but nothing we can’t improve 🙂
  • In your handstands try to push your shoulders as tall as possible. Your shoulders need to cover your ears at all times!
  • Keep hands facing towards the front in handstands
  • In the L Handstand film yourself from the side. It is important to get a 90 deg angle at the hips with the hands, shoulders and hips in 1 vertical line
  • You don’t have to name the videos when you upload them. Your form is good enough that I understand what the exercise is supposed to be

I want you to train handstands and flexibility 2 times per week.
Try training strength 2 times per week as well but if you do not have the time or energy 1 time can do as well for now!

Please upload your videos every second Wednesday starting Nov 23 so I can do your feedback on Thursday. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂 We can also always update your plan to weekly feedbacks
