Welcome to paradise! Couple things up front I wanted to say after watching your videos! Keep those things in mind during the first weeks of training. Everything in detail soon with your first feedback!
In your regular Miamis try to keep your shoulders parallel to the floor. You have to bend your block elbow a bit more
The L is not precise. I need you to be better here
Basicas in general solid. Focus on not piking at the hips and at staying straight up (even when the floor is apparently uneven)
Deep Side Bends. We need to go lower. Do not bend your elbows!
I Want you to train handstands 3-4 times per week.
I want you to do the flexibility and press workout 2 times per week.
Please upload your videos every second Saturdays starting June 10th so I can do your feedback on Sundays. If this is super inconvenient for you let me know and we can arrange a different day 🙂 We can also always update your plan to weekly feedbacks
