Let's get started!

Hey man,

Strong first 2 weeks. Well done! We have got a lot of work ahead of us. First off we need to recalibrate your straight handstand. We need to shift focus in order to move on to bigger and better things. You have great feeling for your body and balance in general so I am not too worried! If you listen carefully things should move quickly!

How does it work?

Time to start training! Try to do the handstand workout 3 times a week.
