On the right hand side you always find the list of videos I need you to film for your next feedback. This week there is a ist of exercises that I need filmed to make your first program.
Depending if you are on a mobile or desktop you either find the links to your workouts on the left hand side or on the top right by clicking on the menu that looks like a hamburger. This week there is only an “Assessment” workout. It is not a complete workout but only a list of exercises!
