Welcome to paradise! 

I Want you to train 6x per week.

2x per week push
2x per week pull
2x per week Handstands & your own Leg Workout

I want to use the first 2 weeks to get you in shape. You will do 3 workouts per week 2 times per week.
We will then go into an 8 weeks strength building phase where you will start your week with low rep high intensity workouts and finish the week with higher rep, less resistance workout getting the best out of strength and hypertrophy.
The last 2 weeks of this cycle will be dedicated for technique work where we will follow a bent arm straight arm split.
