You are on Week 2 of 12
I've created 2 workouts for you. 1 workout for Push & 1 workout for Pull. In the Pull Workout I want you to alternate Archer Pull Ups with Weighted Chin Ups I want you to do each workout 2x per week. Do not repeat the same workout on 2 consecutive days. In your push workout you will also be working technical handstands. In the pull workout you will focus on stretching as well as the pull training to prepare for your stalder press to handstand training.
